The Sadok Ukrainian Dance Ensemble is about to say “pryvit” (welcome) as it celebrates its 13th anniversary with a dance performance at the Vernon Performing Arts Centre May 27.

Kinofest NYC, a fledgling Ukrainian film festival, opens Thursday night in a neighborhood once known as a magnet for Ukrainian immigrants, packed with Ukrainian restaurants, churches and community groups.

Some rear specimen of the auto industry will be carefully taken out of garages and driven to their own special exhibition that will take place on April 20-22. Old cars from all over Ukraine will come to their own special show.
