Ukraine's state owned company "Yuzhmash" based in eastern city Dnipropetrovsk postponed the delivery of the basic part of the Taurus-II launch vehicle's first stage to a U.S. company, the Ukranian company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The "Central and Eastern European IT Outsourcing Review" is a project of the Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association (CEEOA).

Among the hundred registered companies which provide outsourcing services, there are 33 companies from Ukraine, 25 companies from Romania, and 10 companies from Belarus.  The Central and Eastern European (CEE) region is one of the most fast-developing providers of nearshore IT outsourcing services for the EU countries and offshore IT outsourcing services for the American and Asian countries.

According to Elsa Vidal, head of EU’s bureau of the Reporters Without Borders, a RWB delegation is to visit Ukraine to examine the freedom of the press situation, UNIAN reports, citing Radio France.


“We would like to meet with various journalists representing state-owned and commercial outlets as well as members of the Union of Journalists and politicians,” Ms Vidal said.
